Das Fotoatelier Kugler wurde von Johann Gottlieb Friedrich Kugler (1851-1907) gegründet und nach seinem Tod 1907 bis 1918 wahrscheinlich von einer Erbengemeinschaft weitergeführt. 1920 übernahmen Kuglers Tochter Anna und ihr Mann Ernst Reinhard Karl Franz Heinemann das Fotoatelier und hatten es bis zu seinem Tod 1938 inne. Erbe war Anna Heinemanns Sohn aus erster Ehe Hermann Etter, nach dessen Tod 1958 das Kuglersche Haus an den Landesverband der Schweinezüchter in Württemberg-Hohenzollern e.V. verkauft wurde, auf dessen Dachboden die Fotoplatten 1992 wiederentdeckt wurden.Digitalisiert sind etwa 2.000 Aufnahmen.Bestandssignatur: StAS N 1/68.

Die digitale Sammlung umfasst die Zeitschrift "Renaissance" sowie die Pressekorrespondezen "Germany Speaks" und "Europe Speaks". Die Edition enthält eine umfangreiche Einleitung. Die Veröffentlichungen fanden aus dem Londoner Exil heraus statt.

Die "Gewerkschaftlichen Monatshefte" bilden ein Diskussionsorgan für Wissenschaft, Politik und Gewerkschaft in dem "...sie Gelegenheit haben, in eingehender Diskussion zur Lösung der Wirtschafts- und Sozialprobleme beizutragen."Hans Böckler

Verfügbar gemacht ist die Online-Edition der "Sozialistischen Mitteilungen", einem Newsletter, der vom Exilvorstand der Sozialdemokratischen Partei Deutschlands herausgegeben wurde.

Die Zeitschrift "Sozialistische Monatshefte" (Vorgänger: "Der Sozialistische Akademiker") erschien von 1897 bis 1933 als Theorieorgan im Umfeld der deutschen Sozialdemokratie. Obgleich kein "offizielles" Parteiorgan, publizierten führende Vertreter der nationalen und internationalen Arbeiterbewegung in dem Blatt. Politisch standen die "Sozialistischen Monatshefte" dem revisionistischen Flügel innerhalb der Sozialdemokratie nahe.

Auswahl einzelner Dokumente aus den Beständen BW 9, BW 1, N 626, MSG 1, Bild 1 und Bild 183 zur Situation und Tätigkeit der Dienststelle Schwerin (Zentrale für Heimatdienst) und der Dienststelle Blank (Beauftragter der Bundeskanzlers für die mit der Vermehrung der alliierten Truppen zusammenhängenden Fragen) im Rahmen der Wiederbewaffnung der BRD sowiezur Entstehung des Bundesministeriums für Verteidigung und der Bundeswehr.

Die Sammlung umfasst Werke, Briefe und Schriften Friedrichs des Großen sowie zugehörige Sekundärliteratur.

Herausgegeben vom Ostbüro der SPD enthalten die Berichte Informationen über die polnische sozialdemokratische Bewegung. So enthielten diese u.a. Tarnschriften, Flugblätter, Radiosendungen und -kommentare aus dem unter sowjetischen Einfluß stammenden Polen.

Der "Sozialdemokratische Pressedienst" gehört zu den großen Raritäten der Presseveröffentlichungen der SPD. Er ist in keiner deutschen Bibliothek im Original vorhanden. Nur im Internationalen Institut für Sozialgeschichte (IISG) in Amsterdam ist ein lückenhafter Bestand überliefert. Mit Erlaubnis des IISG wurde der Pressedienst von der Bibliothek der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung verfilmt und digitalisiert und als zentrale Quelle zur Erforschung der deutschen und internationalen Arbeiterbewegung ins Netz gestellt.

This file consists of 77 records covering the late 19th century and early 20th. Significant personalities to the Unification of Crete are presented, such as prince George, Alexandros Zaimis, Manousos Koundouros, as well as great Cretan militants.

Michalis Papagiannakis’ archive covers the period from 1989 to 2004, meaning his three parliamentary terms as member of the European Parliament on behalf of the Greek Left (1989-1994) and the Synaspismos (1994-2004). The archive is divided in seven archival categories. The first category includes all the documents that are related to his parliamentary activity. The second one includes all the documents that are related to his political activity as member of the Synaspismos. The third one embraces a large number of articles from the “Avgi” newspaper thata are related to his political and social activity. The fourth one, under the title “political communication” involves political statements, interviews, comments and press-releases, whilst the fifth one his speeches in conferences and other meetings. The last two categories consist of his articles in several newspapers and journals, along with his incoming and outcoming correspondence.

The archive contains 4 files comprising 50 records of the thematic categories: “Military maps”, “Maps of Crete”, “Maps of Greece” and “Maps of the Balkans” covering the period of the late 19th to the mid 20th century.

The collection consists of one file comprising 187 records. The material covers the period 1910 - 1933.This collection contains press cuttings about Emm. Georgakakis, Eleftherios Venizelos and military matters of the period, the diaries and notes of Georgakakis and his comrades in arms during several wars from 1912 to 1921, as well as his diplomas and credentials for his participation in those wars and battles.Moreover, the collection contains military documents (orders, notes, reports, correspondence, certificates etc) from the war of North Epirus (1914), the Ukraine campaign (1919) and the Asia Minor campaign (1920, 1921).It also contains official reports on important military achievements, such as the liberation of Metsovo (1912), the occupation of Korytsa etc., as well as military and personal correspondence of Georgakakis with his comrades and his captain Geogrios Tsontos-Vardas.

The archive contains 1 file of 15 records. It consists of documents about the Campaign in Asia Minor, the Greek population of Asia Minor and its rehabilitation.

The material covers the period 1960 - 1965.The first file contains cuttings of the newspaper “Athinaiki” of 1961, including a series of articles by Leontas Makkas, enitled “The National Discord”. The second file contains manuscript and printed notes by Dimitrios Vakkas about the movement of Thessaloniki (1916), as well as his correspondence with historians, journalists etc. about the same matter.The third file contains material about the movement of Thessaloniki (1916): a series of articles by Dim. Bousios' political correspondence with politicians, members of the armed forces and other officials of Macedonia on the occupation of Grevena and the course of the First World War.Also, political correspondence, during G. This file consists of 143 records covering the period 1900 – 1920 and presenting important moments of the Greek navy, great admirals and ships like “Georgios Averof”, “Kilkis”, “Limnos”, “Spetse” etc.

The file comprises 279 records covering the period of the late 19th century to the early 20th.
