Abstract

La collection de 11 241 plaques de verre couvre les années 1905 à 1938 et montre l’évolution de la société locale rurale au début du XXe siècle. Exécutée par Charles Legendre, premier photographe professionnel de Montfort, elle couvre principalement l’Ouest de l’Ille-et-Vilaine, mais également le Morbihan et les Côtes d’Armor. Les clichés touchent 77 communes de l’ouest breton.
