Diese Teilsammlung umfasst Motorräder aus den Baujahren 1950 bis 1989. Bemerkenswert aus heutiger Sicht ist es, das innerhalb dieser Baujahre enorme Stückzahlen der produzierten Motorradtypen erreicht wurden. >Die MZ-Modelle ab dem Baujahr 1990 sowie die MZ-Einsatzfahrzeuge aus der Produktion des Zschopauer Motorradwerks für NVA, Polizei, DRK, GST und andere Dienststellen werden in eigenen Teilsammlungen aufgeführt.
