Abstract

A collection of modern sculpture is one of the largest in Poland and is composed of the objects created from beginning of 16th until end of 18th century. Fundamental part of collection consists of figural representations, which once were the part of church interior decorations, so the most part are sacred works. Wood-carved objects form most of the collection.
